Sitario Terms of Service
Effective date: 10 July 2026. Last updated: 19 July 2026
This is an English courtesy translation. The Polish version is the legally binding text.
§1. General provisions
- These terms set out the rules for providing services by electronic means on the sitario.com website and in the application available at app.sitario.com (together: the Platform).
- The service provider is ecopywriting.pl Karol Leszczyński, Papowo Biskupie 119/18, 86-221 Papowo Biskupie, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 9562203948 (the Provider).
- You can contact the Provider by e-mail at karolleszczynskikorektor@gmail.com.
- Using the Platform to place an order requires accepting these terms. The terms are made available free of charge, in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.
§2. Definitions
- Client — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit with legal capacity that has created an account on the Platform or placed an order.
- Consumer — a Client who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code, as well as a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for them.
- Service — building a website based on the information the Client provides in the order form, and maintaining it during the Hosting & Care Period.
- Website — the website built for the Client as part of the Service.
- Preview — the finished Website made available to the Client to review and approve before it is published on their domain; if the Client does not approve it, they are entitled to a refund (acceptance guarantee, §5(2)).
- Hosting & Care Period — the period during which the Provider supplies hosting, an SSL certificate, the content editing panel and technical maintenance of the Website.
- Panel — the panel made available to the Client for editing the Website's content and managing the order.
§3. Scope and price of the Service
-
The Service is available in three plans: Start (PLN 249),
Business (PLN 399) and Premium (PLN 999). Every plan
includes:
- designing the Website (layout, color scheme, icons) tailored to the Client's industry,
- preparing the Website's content — the copy is generated with the help of artificial intelligence tools, based solely on the information the Client provides in the order form,
- publishing the Website on the domain indicated by the Client,
- hosting, an SSL certificate and technical maintenance of the Website for 12 months from launch,
- configuring visit analytics and Google search visibility statistics, together with a Statistics tab in the Panel (the Google service accounts are operated by the Provider; the Client may disable analytics in the Panel or designate their own Google Analytics account),
- a contact form: messages from visitors are delivered to the e-mail address indicated by the Client and are also stored and available in the Panel (the “Messages” inbox),
- access to the content editing Panel (editing features require signing in to the Client's account).
- Start — statistics covering the last 7 days;
- Business — a blog module with a 60,000-character pool valid for 12 months (§3(6)), 25 AI Assistant credits (§3(7)), statistics covering the last 28 days;
- Premium — a blog module with a 160,000-character pool valid for 12 months, 60 AI Assistant credits, first-year domain registration included in the price (applies to a domain purchased in the order), full statistics history together with the extended view (per-subpage and per-phrase statistics), and a Google Ads starter campaign: PLN 250 of advertising budget included in the plan price, allocated in full to paying for clicks (the 80/20 split from §3, “Google Ads”, does not apply). Starter-campaign funds are valid for 6 months from the plan purchase; any part unused within that period expires and — being a benefit included in the plan price rather than a Client payment — is non-refundable.
- Upgrading to a higher plan. The Client may switch to a higher plan at any time by paying the difference between the plan prices. Once the difference is paid, the extras of the higher plan (the difference in credits and in the character pool and — when upgrading to Premium — domain registration, if it has not yet taken place) are activated without delay.
- The Provider is exempt from VAT (VAT-exempt sales). The prices quoted are final — no VAT or other charges are added to them.
- Extending the Hosting & Care Period for another 12 months costs, depending on the plan (§3(1)): PLN 149 (Start), PLN 249 (Business — including a fresh 60,000-character blog pool and 25 AI Assistant credits for the next year) or PLN 449 (Premium — including a fresh 160,000-character pool, 60 credits and renewal of the domain purchased in the order). The extension is voluntary and does not renew automatically — it requires payment by the Client. The consequences of not extending are described in §7.
- The Provider may offer optional, separately paid add-ons. The scope and price of an add-on are stated on the Platform each time before it is ordered.
- Blog module. The module extends the Website with a blog and an
article generation system. In the Business and Premium plans the module, together with
its character pool (§3(1)), is included in the price of the Service — the pool is valid
for 12 months and is granted again with every extension of the Hosting & Care Period
(§3(4)). Regardless of the plan, the module can be purchased or topped up in two
variants:
- monthly subscription (price stated on the Platform, currently PLN 49/month) — in each billing period the Client receives a character pool (currently 20,000) to spend on articles generated in the Panel; the pool renews with each paid period, and any unused part does not roll over to the next period;
- one-time pack (price stated on the Platform) — a one-time character pool valid for at least 31 days from purchase, with no recurring payments; with an active subscription, the pack tops up the current pool and its price is reduced — the binding price is the one shown in the Panel at purchase.
Automatic pool top-up. A Client using the schedule may additionally enable an automatic character pool top-up option in the Panel (the option is off by default). Once enabled, if the pool runs out during a billing period before a scheduled publication, the Provider will charge the Client's saved payment method the price of a one-time character pack at the subscriber rate shown in the Panel when enabling the option — and top up the pool so that publications are not interrupted. The Client sets the maximum number of top-ups per billing period (2 by default). The Client is notified by e-mail of every charge and top-up, and also of a failed charge (e.g. a declined card) — publications are then suspended. The option can be switched off at any time in the Panel, with immediate effect. - AI Assistant. The Panel includes an AI Assistant feature that allows
changes to be made to the Website (including restructuring sections and content) and
analytical questions to be asked about the Website and its statistics (the chat in the
Statistics tab) — based on the Client's instructions expressed in natural language
(a Request). Requests are billed in credits — one Request (a change
or an analytical question) corresponds to one credit. Independently of Requests, the
Panel may present periodic, automatic AI-assisted summaries of the Website's
statistics — these are part of the Service and do not consume credits.
- The price of the Service includes 3 credits per month; they renew on the first day of each calendar month, and credits unused in a given month do not carry over to subsequent periods (they do not accumulate).
- The Business and Premium plans additionally include 25 and 60 credits respectively, granted once at purchase of the Service and again with every extension of the Hosting & Care Period (§3(4)); like credits bought in packs, they do not expire.
- The Client may purchase additional credit packs; the binding price is the one shown in the Panel at the time of purchase. Credits purchased in packs do not expire.
- Requests serve to make changes to the Website (content, layout, appearance). Generating extensive text material (articles, guides) takes place within the blog module (§3(6)) and its character pool — Requests of that nature may be declined without a credit being charged.
- A credit is refunded only when a Request was not carried out for technical reasons (the change did not pass technical verification, or no answer to an analytical question was delivered) — the refund is automatic. Rejecting a correctly executed change does not entitle the Client to a credit refund; the Client may, however, revert such a change at any time, including later, using the version history available in the Panel.
- Changes made by the AI Assistant are applied to a working copy of the Website and are published only after the Client approves them and uses the publish function in the Panel; every such change is saved in the version history.
- Google reviews and a directions map. The Client may — in the order form
or later in the Panel — connect their business profile in Google's service (Google
Business Profile) to the Website. Once connected, the Service includes, at no extra
charge:
- presenting on the Website publicly available data from that profile: the rating, the number of reviews and the most recent reviews together with their authors' display names — fetched from Google's public interface and updated periodically; the Provider does not modify, select or moderate the content of the reviews (the most recent reviews are always shown) and they cannot be edited in the Panel either — Google's terms of service require reviews to be displayed unaltered; the reviews section carries a source label (“Reviews from Google”) and a link to the full profile;
- embedding on the Website a Google map showing the location of the Client's business — based on the connected profile or an address provided by the Client; the map loads only after an action by the visitor (clicking the button that reveals the map).
- Google ads. A Client with a live Website may order, in the Panel, a
Google Search advertising campaign (Google Ads). The campaign is created and run on the
Provider's advertising account. Before the first budget top-up the Client receives a
free working proposal (phrases and an ad outline generated automatically); polished ad
copy is written by the AI system after the first budget top-up. The campaign is created in Google's system after
the first top-up — always paused; the Client approves the preview and independently
decides on switching it on, pausing it, its budget and ending it. The campaign is also
paused automatically when the Website stops being active (e.g. after an unextended
Hosting & Care Period ends).
- Billing (prepaid). The Client tops up the advertising budget with an amount equal to the monthly budget set in the Panel (the amount range is stated in the Panel). Of each payment, 80% funds a balance spent entirely on clicks in Google's system, and 20% is the Provider's fee for preparing and managing the campaign — the split is displayed at checkout.
- Cost control. Campaign spend reduces the balance on an ongoing basis. At a low balance the Client receives an e-mail notification, and once the balance is exhausted the campaign is paused automatically — total spend cannot exceed the funds paid in.
- Optimisation. During the campaign the AI system periodically makes optimisation changes limited to keywords (exclusions, pausing, additions); every change is recorded in the Panel. The system never changes the budget on its own and never switches the campaign on or off.
- Automatic top-up (optional). The Client may enable automatic budget top-ups in the Panel (off by default): when the balance falls below roughly three days of budget, the Provider charges the Client's saved payment method with an amount equal to the monthly budget (no more than twice in any 30-day period). The Client is notified by e-mail of every charge — including failed ones. The option can be switched off at any time in the Panel, with immediate effect.
- Refunds. The unspent balance originating from the Client's payments is refundable on request; if no funds have been spent since a given top-up, that top-up is refundable in full. Funds granted as part of a plan (the starter campaign, §3(1)) are not refundable — they expire under the plan's terms. Plan-granted funds are spent first.
- No guarantee of results. The Provider exercises due care but does not guarantee any particular number of impressions, clicks or enquiries — ad delivery is decided by Google's mechanisms. Google's advertising policies apply; the Client is responsible for the compliance of the Website (the ads' landing page) with those policies and with §9.
§4. Client account
- Placing an order requires creating an account in the app.sitario.com application. Registration requires providing an e-mail address and confirming it with a verification code.
- The Client must provide true information and must not share their login credentials with third parties.
- Creating and keeping an account is free of charge. The Client may request deletion of the account at any time by writing to the Provider's e-mail address; deleting the account does not affect obligations arising from Services already paid for.
- The rules for processing personal data are described in the privacy policy.
§5. Ordering and delivery
-
The ordering process works as follows:
- the Client fills in the order form, providing information about their business and expectations for the Website;
- the Client makes the payment — the contract for the Service is concluded at the moment of payment, and work on the Website begins;
- the Client receives a link to the order status page, and once the Website is built — its Preview for approval;
- if the Client approves the Preview, they point their domain at the DNS servers provided by the Provider (domain delegation) at their registrar; the domain remains the Client's property and under their control at all times;
- once the DNS change is detected, the Provider launches the Website on the Client's domain.
- Acceptance guarantee: if the finished Website does not meet the Client's expectations and the Client does not approve the Preview, stating this by e-mail to the Provider's address, the Provider refunds the entire payment received (§8(3)). Until the Preview is approved, the Website is not published on the Client's domain. The acceptance guarantee (a full refund despite the Website having been built) is available once — for the first order of a given Client and of the business identified by the same tax ID (NIP). For subsequent orders, withdrawal before full performance of the service follows the statutory rules, with a deduction for the value of services performed up to the moment of withdrawal (§8(3)).
- The time to launch the Website after payment depends on the Client completing the domain delegation and on DNS propagation time, over which the Provider has no control.
- If the Client does not own a domain, they can purchase one during the ordering process; the domain is registered in the Client's name and is their property.
§6. Payments
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Available payment methods include payment cards and BLIK. The Provider does not store payment card details.
- For the completed Service, the Provider issues a sales document (an invoice or a receipt) in electronic form and makes it available to the Client, to which the Client consents by accepting these terms.
- The binding price is the price stated on the Platform at the time the order is placed.
§7. Hosting & Care Period and extension
- The Hosting & Care Period lasts 12 months from the launch of the Website and is included in the price of every plan (§3(1)).
- Before the Hosting & Care Period expires, the Client may extend it for another 12 months for a fee depending on the plan (§3(4)): PLN 149 (Start), PLN 249 (Business) or PLN 449 (Premium); on Business and Premium the extension also includes a fresh yearly blog character pool and AI Assistant credits. Information about when the Hosting & Care Period ends is available in the Panel.
- If the domain was purchased through the Provider (§5(4)), together with extending the Hosting & Care Period the Client also pays for renewing the domain registration for another year. The domain renewal price follows the registry's current price list for the given extension, may include the Provider's margin, and is always shown in the Panel (status page) and in the payment summary BEFORE payment is made. Once paid, the Provider renews the domain registration with the registrar.
- If the Client does not extend the Hosting & Care Period, publication of the Website is switched off no sooner than 14 days after the Period ends (a transition period during which the Website works normally). After switch-off, an information page with a renewal option is shown on the domain — paying for renewal within 90 days of the Period's end automatically restores the Website unchanged. After 90 days the Website's infrastructure is decommissioned (as in item 5 accordingly); until then the Client may download the complete source files. The Client loses neither ownership of the Website nor of the domain.
- Switching off publication does not affect the domain, which remains the Client's property independently of the Provider.
- Deleting the Website at the Client's request. The Client may delete
the Website themselves at any time from the Panel (order status page → danger zone).
The operation is irreversible and, as a safeguard, requires confirmation by typing the
domain name. Deleting the Website means that:
- the Website's hosting, CDN, SSL certificate and contact form are dismantled, and the Website is no longer available on the domain;
- active subscriptions connected with the Website (e.g. the blog add-on) are cancelled with immediate effect;
- the domain remains the Client's property;
- the domain's DNS zone (including e-mail records) keeps working for 30 days after deletion, so the Client can move DNS management to their registrar;
- the Website's source files (a ZIP archive) remain available for download for 30 days after deletion.
§8. Right of withdrawal
- Building the Website is a service prepared to the Client's individual requirements — the Website is created from the information in their order and is of no use to anyone else.
- When placing an order, the Consumer — by ticking an explicit, separate statement in the order form — requests that performance of the service begin immediately after payment, before the withdrawal period expires, and gives their express consent to this, and acknowledges that once the service has been fully performed they will lose the statutory right of withdrawal. By approving the Preview, the Consumer accepts the finished Website and consents to its publication; they acknowledge that once the Provider has fully performed the service, they will lose the right to withdraw from the contract — in accordance with Article 38(1)(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
- Until the Preview is approved, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason — in that case, under the acceptance guarantee (§5(2)), the Provider refunds the entire payment received, even though part of the service (building the Website) has already been performed. If the acceptance guarantee has already been used before (§5(2), last sentence), the refund is reduced by the value of the services performed up to the moment of withdrawal — in particular the cost of building the Website. After the Preview is approved, but before the Website is launched on the domain, withdrawal remains possible against payment for the services performed up to the moment of withdrawal.
- Maintaining the Website (hosting, SSL, Panel) is a continuous service. The Consumer may withdraw from this part of the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason; the refund then covers the part of the fee proportional to the unused period. The same applies to the fee for extending the Hosting & Care Period (§3(4)).
- The blog module (§3(6)) is either a continuous service (subscription) or a one-time service (character pack). The Consumer may withdraw from the add-on contract within 14 days of its conclusion; if they have already ordered article generation within that time, the refund is reduced by the value of the used part of the pool, in proportion to the price of the add-on. Cancelling the subscription after that period takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Withdrawal requires an unambiguous statement — an e-mail to karolleszczynskikorektor@gmail.com is sufficient. The refund is made without undue delay, no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method the Consumer used, unless they agree to a different one.
§9. Client obligations; prohibited content
- The Client must provide true information in the order. This information goes onto the finished Website (including company details and a description of the business) and into the privacy policy of the Client's Website — the Client is responsible for its accuracy and keeping it up to date.
- By providing materials (photos, logo, texts), the Client declares that they hold the rights allowing their use on the Website and bears responsibility for any third-party claims related to them.
- It is prohibited to supply unlawful content or to order Websites serving activities that are illegal, misleading or infringing third-party rights.
- The Provider may refuse to fulfil an order that violates paragraphs 1–3 (moderation). If the payment has already been made, the Provider refunds it in full without undue delay, no later than within 14 days.
§10. Website ownership and licences
- Once the Service is paid for, the Website belongs to the Client: the Client acquires the rights to the content prepared for them as part of the Service and a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the Website's template and graphic elements — to the extent needed to publish, modify and move the Website to other providers.
- The Client may download the complete source files of the Website at any time.
- The domain indicated or purchased in the order is always the Client's property.
- Elements of the Platform (the application, the generation system, Sitario trademarks) remain the property of the Provider.
§11. Complaints and liability
- Complaints about the Service can be submitted by e-mail to karolleszczynskikorektor@gmail.com. A complaint should include a description of the problem and information allowing the order to be identified.
- The Provider responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
- Towards Consumers, the Provider is liable for the Service's conformity with the contract under the rules set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Towards Clients who are not Consumers, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the Service and does not cover lost profits.
- The Provider is not liable for interruptions in the Website's operation caused by circumstances beyond its control, in particular failures of third-party infrastructure, the Client's actions (e.g. changing the DNS delegation) or force majeure; it will, however, make every effort to remedy the effects of such interruptions without undue delay.
- A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or a provincial Trade Inspection inspectorate.
§12. Final provisions
- The rules for processing personal data, including the information required by the GDPR, are set out in the privacy policy.
- The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons (changes in the law, changes in the scope or manner of providing services, security reasons). Clients holding an account will be informed of a change on the Platform at least 14 days in advance. A change does not affect Services paid for before it takes effect. A Client who does not accept a change may request deletion of their account.
- These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with Clients who are not Consumers are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office; in disputes with Consumers, jurisdiction is determined by the general rules.
- These terms are effective from 10 July 2026.
