Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Sitario account (created at app.sitario.com or in the Sitario Android app) and the data associated with it.

Delete your account from the app or panel

1. Open the Sitario app or go to app.sitario.com and log in.
2. Open the account menu (top-right avatar) and choose Account settings.
3. In the Danger zone, select Delete account and confirm.

You can also delete a single website (and its content) without deleting your whole account, from that site's status page → Danger zone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email kontakt@sitario.com from the address used for the account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email, password hash).
• Your profile and order details (company name, contact data, briefs).
• Uploaded files, generated website content and editor history.
• Form submissions (leads) stored for your sites.

Deleting your account also takes down any preview or live websites still hosted for you.

What may be retained

We keep the minimum required by law: billing and invoice records tied to completed payments (retained for the statutory accounting period, typically 5 years), and anonymised technical logs. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). Retained records are not used for any other purpose.
